Procurement: This department is responsible for the procurement of high quality inputs at the most economical price with the shortest lead time. Each one of our dedicated employees in this department is a highly qualified professional, capable of making the best decision in the presence of alternatives.

Process: Our entire process is manned by highly efficient professionals. This department is the nerve centre of all our activities. We pay a lot of heed to timely and regular upgradation of technology as well as thorough maintenance of our machinery, thereby helping us achieve better productivity. Maintaining high standard output is of our utmost concern.

Quality Control: QC is a completely independent department and reports directly and only to the top level management. The organization has set certain quality parameters and the responsibility of this department is to ensure that these parameters are achieved through strict vigilance and painstaking effort. They are ably supported by our own laboratories and testing departments to guarantee the stamp of quality in every individual effort.

Logistics: This department is exclusively responsible to ensure that the materials are received and products dispatched in a time and cost effective manner. The department ensures that raw materials are received “Just in Time" to save on inventory costs as well as making certain of the timely supply of products to meet the consumers' demands.

Research & Development: R&D is devoted to product engineering which includes the development of new products and bonding materials. Our scientists have dedicated themselves to identifying new species of timber, understanding their properties, preparing suitable bonding materials, making sure that they are suitable for production, and finally putting their expertise, thought processes and skill to action for better quality output. They are constantly brainstorming to find ways to make the product more tailored to suit the end consumers needs.

Marketing / Management Information: This department keeps the organization in trend with the present and in preparation for the future. Each department and the employees that comprise it constantly keep ‘Marketing’ informed. The Marketing department is responsible for segregating and screening the information thus received and providing necessary feedback and information to the concerned departments. Our marketing game-plan comprises drawing out effective strategies for the company and to help the senior management prepare themselves as well as the entire organization for future projects. Lastly, this department handles any technical or product related issues/grievances that the consumers may face.

Human Resource Development: HRD is responsible for ensuring the complete acclimatization of every individual employee with the company's philosophy, thereby rendering the environment extremely familial. HRD conducts regular training programs and seminars geared toward the enhancement of the work force and its capabilities and toward alleviating any concerns or issues that the workers may have as regards their job description or otherwise, thereby bringing out the best in every employee. The department has helped immensely in bringing about a qualitative change, resulting in higher productivity and better functioning of the organization as a whole.
